The Sherborne Community Land Trust is a not-for-profit organisation run by Sherborne people on behalf of the community. It’s main aim is to begin providing truly affordable homes to rent or buy within the parishes of Sherborne and Castleton. In the future the CLT may take on other community-led projects such as acquiring amenity land, or providing shops and other venues.
No matter if you are 17 or 70… whether you’re looking for a home or are a long term house owner… the CLT needs to hear from you. Even if you are perfectly happy the CLT would like you to fill out the housing survey so it can assess needs in Sherborne. The survey closes on Saturday 16 July at 10am. All responses are anonymous
