In April Sherborne Town Mayor, Cllr Juliet Pentolfe had the pleasure of hosting a Civic Day in Sherborne.
Mayors and Chairs of other towns and parishes in the area, along with the High Sheriff of Dorset were invited to visit Sherborne.
The visitors enjoyed a guided tour of Cheap Street, including the old markets, accompanied by a Blue Badge Guide.
A tour of Sherborne Abbey and Sherborne School also took place, which included the historical and architectural links between the two.
A look around the Shell House and a chance to meet and network with the town council team before departing was enjoyed by all.
