From 1st April 2021 the implementation of Sunday charging in Dorset Council car parks will ‘go-live’ across Sherborne along with other areas in Dorset.
The attached Notices will be advertised from 11 March and in preparation for this are currently going up in Dorset Council car parks.
The Notices include the following changes which were signed-off at Cabinet on 8th December for the West Dorset area:
- Increase the all-day charge from £2 to £8 in Lyme Regis and West Bay (with graduating charge)
- Implementation of Sunday charging, where this isn’t already in place
- Extend morning charges in Purbeck to begin at 8am
