The first official meeting held by the Sherborne Youth Council took place at the end of November. A Chairman and Vice Chairman were voted in and items including cycle routes, litter picking and mental health were discussed by the youth councillors.
Those in the meeting included representatives from the local Sherborne schools, school leaders, town councillors and the Mayor of Sherborne.
It was a very well run meeting with great contributions made from the youth councillors.
The next meeting will take place in January 2024.
